  1. I’m just listening to Matt’s interview of you at the moment. There is always something interesting on all of your podcasts. Thank you for that. I can’t say how pleased I am that you have kept the pod casts going so long - closing in on the big 100 mark. And congrats on the upcoming launch of Playing for Keeps. I’m with Matt you deserve No. 1 and I’m sure your fans will push the book up there.

All power to you and ISBW - Go MUR!

    Jeff

  2. I’m more than a little excited about reading Playing For Keeps. I learned to read comfortably situated on my mom’s veranda, hidden behind the multi-colored pages of Marvel and DC comic books. However amatuerish my writing, I have never been able to concoct any tales of my own that did not reek of some character I liked as a child or even as an adult. Needless to say, I bow in admiration and envy of your literary might. Well done!

  3. Here is the other link you mentioned for me ;-) This is the Contemplative Writers and Photographers Guild site. Thanks!

  4. Hi Mur,
I was just listening to your comments on characterization and on Dexter (the character in the Dexter books and TV show). I have read all of those books, and one way that I think Jeff Lindsey (the author) does it with Dexter is that Dexter himself contrasts what he does/feels with what “humans” do/feel. Another thing he has is how people react to Dexter and how Dexter reacts to them - this is both physical and mental reaction. I hope that helps your readers a little bit.
As a side note - I’m having so much fun listing to you podcasts and I bought your book - though a little late for the release date. I hope there are many more to come!
