Hi Mur, long time listener, blah blah blah…
Just listened to this podcast, and Aaron said in the feedback section that he set himself a goal to get published by the end of the year. This is a very bad goal, for one obvious reason - he has no control over whether or not he gets published! A goal needs to be something that is under your control.
