The program is pretty simple and has all the functions you would expect to pay for but it's free. Simon Haynes, Author of the Hal Spacejock series of humorous Sci-fi novels wrote the program. He has quite a few other free programs on his site too. Sonar is a submission tracking program that keep you on top of who you have sent what to and when to send up that follow-up letter.
