ISBW Wins the Parsec!

I Should Be Writing won the 2007 Parsec for Best Writing Podcast this past weekend at Dragon*Con! I was shocked to win, considering the fine company I was in (including Tracy and Laura Hickman’s DragonHearth and Michael A. Stackpole’s The Secrets - the latter of which was an inspiration to ISBW). It was a wonderful weekend and congratulations to all the excellent podcasters who were nominated.

Wow.

  1. Whoohooo!! Well deserved!

  2. You turn out an excellent podcast and it’s a well-deserved award. Congrats!

  3. Extremely well deserved! Congrats to Philippa Ballantine, a fellow New Zealander, who was nominated for Whispers at the Edge. :)

  4. Congrats, Mur! You deserve it. It was nice seeing you at Dragon*Con.

  5. Congratulations!

I have been following your podcast for almost a year now and I love it. After a year-long sabbatical I spent finishing the first draft of a YA dystopia, I’m finding your stories of adapting to working and writing and being a mom (like me) inspiring. I don’t know how you do it.
