  1. Mur,

Thanks a million for the shoutout.

Your community may be interested in the author, editor and publisher interviews we do. We enjoy learning about the process and we find that there are many different stories and experiences worth hearing.

In addition to our regular reviews and interviews, we are currently running a monthly series with author Lee Edward Fodi about the writing and publishing process for his children’s fantasy novel, Kendra Kandlestar and the Door to Unger (sequel to Kendra Kandlestar and the Box of Whispers). The interview series is called Waiting at the Door to Unger. We’ve published two parts so far and will continue to explore the process on a monthly basis leading up to the November release of the book.

    Thanks for a great resource!

  2. Congratulations! That’s fantastic exposure! And such lovely praise from Cory too. (Can I call him Cory if we’ve never met?)

  3. Wow! Great post from Cory.

If I were you, I’d have that engraved on a brass plaque which I would hang in a place of honor at the entrance to my home. All who passed the threshold would have to give obeisance as they passed, lest I wallop them for iimpertinence!

Well, maybe that was over the top, but it’s still high praise indeed coming from someone with CDs chops.

  4. Hi Mur, regarding Vonnegut’s writing advice #8 … I think this means giving all the clues before the last paragraph and springing the resolution on the reader. I would feel like the writer wasn’t playing fair.

  5. Where’s that link to your escapist article?

  6. Hey! I found it.
