Hi, Mur. Regarding long-term goals and dreaming, for some of us, our dreams are no distraction. On the contrary, they’re the passion behind the short-term goals. The short-term goals are just hard work, until we remind ourselves that it’s labour that will bring us our dream.
Yes, some do naturally concentrate on the here and now, the details, and for them, too much future is a distraction. But others, we are energized by the possibilities, even while we continue to remind ourselves that it’s the hard work in the here and now that will fulfill them.
Cheers!
