Hey Mur,
Just wanted to drop you a line saying I am loving the podcast and finding it very inspiring. Michael Stackpole’s podcast is full of great information, but it’s your one that is really pushing me to write. Just listened to the first podcast and hearing you talk about the difference between the novel in your head and the one that comes out through the keyboard was really encouraging. On another podcast I have heard something along the same lines - someone asked William Gibson what the secret of writing was and he answered the main thing is to get over the perfectly natural disgust of your own work. So if William Gibson still has this, then there’s hope for us all.
Anyway, thanks for the show. You inspired me to clock up 1000 words last night, which makes my total for the week so far 1100!

Thanks a lot, grant, I’m so happy that people are finding this useful.
And it’s the knowledge that people are listening and caring that helps me get my wordcount up too.
