ISBW #1 - Introductions
In which our hero introduces the show, herself, the concept of Square One, and issues an invitation for more questions.
Enjoy the show. You should be writing.

Thanks so much to Dana Countryman for the kind permission to use his song, Lovesick Martian Boy, as ISBW’s theme music.

Mur,
I enjoyed Show #1 of your new podcast. It will be nice to hear what someone else is going through with their writing - especially since I never seem to meet people in person who write fiction. Also, I love the music you are using for the show.
Keep up the great work! Wanabe writers of the world unite!

Very cool! This is the exact thing I have been looking for. It is funny that you picked the name that you picked because my old screensaver used to be the words “YOU SHOULD BE WRITING” flashing in red.

Power to you Mur! Inspirational pieces on writing are always welcome. Some of us need to be dragged back to the work-in-progress. I’m at 71,000 words (of a projected 100,000) on my second novel — but I’ve not touched it for months.

I love your show. I work a graveyard shift so on my way home in the morning I listen to your podcast. I think i’ve listened to each one 10 times. I always pick up on something that I didn’t before. Keep up the good work.
